The guy with the coffee cup is Rom, the founder of Tom Harvey. In 2014, while working as a lettings negotiator in Canary Wharf, he observed the frustration property managers faced with unreliable contractors. This inspired him to establish a property maintenance company exclusively serving estate agencies and property managers. Having experienced the daily struggles of property managers firsthand, Rom built a company with a deep understanding of the industry.

Since then, our company has successfully served some of the finest high street and boutique lettings agents. We continue our journey, committed to providing agencies with the service they deserve. We bring a unique perspective to property maintenance and construction, drawing on our background in estate agency and property management. Having been in your shoes, we understand the demands of your office and the expectations of your landlords. That's why we offer a tailored service for each estate agency, regardless of the size of your management portfolio.

Our team consists of professional and well-presented tradespeople, most of whom are in-house employees. Even when working with subcontractors, such as carpet suppliers and fitters or tilers, who may not be needed every day, we ensure top-quality service through rigorous trials and testing. All subcontracted work is managed and overseen by us, providing you with a seamless experience – you won't have to deal with them directly unless it's a key collection.

Client Hub

All clients receive access to their personalized client hub account. This hub allows clients to conveniently access quotes, invoices, scheduled appointments, and communication with Tom Harvey. Smaller agencies can also benefit by efficiently tracking work requests and even making payments using a credit card stored on file.

You will be granted access to the Client hub, once we add you to our system as a client  and you will be able to access it via personal link

A little about quality

We don’t like talking about quality, but just like you associate Germany with outstanding precision and engineering or Japan being some of the best producers of quality goods. You won’t however hear them boast about themselves or label their services or products with these words. These words are subjective. Everyone has a different expectation of standard or “quality”. Here at Tom Harvey, we strive to deliver the best possible service within reason vs budget. Whilst we see ourselves as Germany or Japan. It is important to understand that sometimes, we may fall behind your expectations. To ensure that we meet or exceed your expectations, we will often ask you a few questions which will help us determine if we are both on the same page and if we can be a good fit for you.

  • We only hire experienced and professional Contractors

  • We trial & test all of our Subcontractors before sending them to your properties

  • We only Hire People who speak at the minimum, basic English and can hold a conversation

  • We purchase our materials only from reputable sources and merchants

  • We wear Tom Harvey uniforms (But note, that some subcontractors may be wearing their own company branding)

We are an East London-based company and we are most effective here, but we will gladly travel to surrounding areas and across London for jobs that are £150 or more.
