Your judgment matters—if you believe a personal visit is necessary, we'll arrange it accordingly.

  • After gathering the necessary details for a desktop quote or completing a scheduled on-site visit, you will promptly receive a comprehensive formal quote with all the pertinent information about the tasks at hand. Through our user-friendly customer portal, you can effortlessly access and review quotes, invoices, scheduled appointments, and payments. At this initial quote stage, you have the flexibility to either approve the quote or request changes. Depending on your chosen option, you will seamlessly proceed to the next step in the process

    Upon approval, you will be prompted to enter your card details and make a deposit for the approved quote. For new customers, we require a deposit for all work, while existing customers will only need to provide a deposit for projects exceeding the £1000 threshold.   • After finalising the pricing and completing the required deposit payment (if applicable), we'll provide you with proposed start dates for the work. Depending on the scope, the wait time can range from as little as one day to one month, or according to the initially requested date. We also offer a rough estimate of the completion time. While our goal is to finish within the promised timeframe, unforeseen complications may arise, and in such cases, we will promptly inform you of any delays as soon as possible

  • After successfully completing the work, we are committed to delivering the property back to you in a tidy state. This includes the removal of rubbish, our tools, and any excess materials. We will ask for your sign-off on the completed works, either verbally on-site or in writing along with the photos we provide to showcase the finished job. This is the opportune time for you to bring up any repairs or concerns you may have noticed, allowing us to swiftly address and fix any issues. It's a standard practice in the building industry, and while we strive for the highest standards, occasional mistakes or snags may occur.

  • Upon the successful completion and approval of the job, you will receive an invoice detailing the total amount, minus any deposits or interim payments made before or during the work. We kindly request that you settle the invoice by the agreed-upon date, typically indicated at the top of the invoice. If we have your bank details on account, payment will be automatically processed. Otherwise, we ask for your manual payment through convenient options like Apple Pay, debit cards including American Express, or any other major credit card provider.
